Using the site

• Begin reading the document on the left.
• Read the comments on the right by clicking on the box next to each section you want to know more about.
• When you find a portion of text you would like to comment on, highlight it with your cursor.
• Write your comment in the pop-up and click Post Comment.
• Your comments will help legislators create a better government.
